Fatima's story

My name is Fatima, and I live in Toronto, Canada. In my free time, I enjoy adventurous sports like jet skiing and snowmobiling. I have a passion for food, driving, and travel. I love trying new dishes and exploring different cultures. These experiences broaden my horizons and allow me to gain new perspectives on life. What I like most about my job is meeting different people and being able to change their lives in a way that they succeed. Helping people find their dream jobs and helping them enhance their future in a very bright way brings a big smile to my face each and every day!​​​​​​

I am highly ambitious and always strive to achieve my goals, which aligns with Quadient's EPIC values. I believe that working with the company presents an excellent opportunity for me to embrace these values and collaborate with an exceptional team to create a better future. One of the qualities that I possess is inspiration, which allows me to set goals and work tirelessly toward achieving them. I recognize that success requires self-discipline, dedication, and passion, and I strive to embody these values in my personal and professional endeavours.

As a TA Business Partner, I would relish the opportunity to be the front face of the company and represent Quadient's values to the world. I have found Quadient to be an excellent organization that values the spirit and passion of its employees from a diverse perspective. Being a global company, we have colleagues and clients from all over the world, I love the open culture here and that we are all connected to each other at all times.

I have the best role as it encompasses hiring in many countries across 4 continents and multiple time zones. What better way is there to be exposed to other cultures and learn from people from those cultures, discussing our differences and learning how to collaborate successfully.

Very Confidently - I enjoy the people I work with – with that being said I admire how Quadient focuses on their employees and their future. I have learned that the key to happiness is succeeding together. All the exposure, tools, and pieces of training at Quadient have provided me with ample opportunities to grow and gain a lot of experience both personally and professionally, and I am excited about the prospect of contributing to the company's continued success.
