Our Commitment to Diversity

Our Commitment

Diversity celebrates our unique differences, while inclusion fosters a sense of belonging, where we're valued, respected, and empowered to be ourselves. Together, they create a Quadient Community where connections matter.

Empowered Communities

Our employee-led, company-supported Empowered Communities provide safer spaces where employees can connect, share experiences, and support one another. These networks are a vital resource for celebrating diversity, enhancing awareness and understanding, and creating a sense of belonging. Our Empowered Communities are:

Love is Love – to empower our LGBTQ+ community, increase visibility, and contribute to a safer environment

Fearless WoMen – to empower and advance women in Quadient and support the attraction, development, and retention of women

Mosaic – to empower and promote understanding of different racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds and support attraction, development, and retention efforts

DiverseAbility – to empower people with disabilities and those with long-term health conditions and promote accessibility and inclusion

Act4Earth – actively promoting changes in daily habits, providing information and education on natural resources and environmental protection

Hear from our Empowered Community Chairs

What drove you to get involved with FearlessWoMen?

“I believe we should foster a diverse and inclusive environment. My career is important to me and I have experienced difficult and unfair situations throughout my career, so I always dedicated time to support girls and women as I believe that only by taking active part we will change things.”

—Monica Llorens
What drove you to get involved with Act4Earth?

“I am passionate about environmental issues and have a strong desire to share knowledge and insights with others. When I initially became involved in this empowered community, I saw an opportunity to extend that sense of connection and knowledge-sharing to my professional network.”

—Marine Blanchet
What is the importance of having a Senior Sponsor?

“A senior sponsor can help to implement activities supporting our EPIC culture by reaching out to peers to promote an event or campaign. A sponsor can also provide guidance and assessment of planned activities based on their experience and knowledge of the company.”

—Volker Winkel
What has been the response to Act4Earth from your colleagues so far?

“Act4Earth has reached 150 members in our membership base and over 700 employees from 16 countries around the world attended the 2023 World Clean Up resulting in more than 1 ton of waste collected.”

—Marie Christine Pires
What is Love is Love hoping to achieve at Quadient?

“The Love is Love Empowered Community wants to represent a safe and welcoming space where everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, is accepted and celebrated. It's a community that fosters understanding, equality, and mutual respect.”

—Weider D’Angelo
What have you enjoyed most about being part of and leading DiverseABILITY?

“Learning together as a community, listening to each other, and doing research about very little-known topics.”

—Elizabeth Morales Vicens
What is Mosaic hoping to achieve at Quadient?

“Mosaic is hoping to highlight the issues that traditionally marginalized groups face. We want to feel that we are not just a number to fill a quota but are part of Quadient no matter who we are. When we value each other, we tend to bring out the best of ourselves resulting in a win for everyone.”

—Jean Maurice Sanon
