What initially attracted you to Quadient, and what motivates you to continue your journey with the company?

"My journey with Quadient began nearly 15 years ago, and from the moment I walked through the doors, I sensed something truly special. What drew me in during my first interview was the company's remarkable sense of teamwork, a spirit that permeated every corner of the organization. The level of responsibility and diversity  offered immediately sparked my interest and has kept me engaged ever since. This environment, where collaboration thrives and individuality is celebrated, has been a driving force for my continued dedication."

You describe your overall experience at Quadient during your first year?

My first year at Quadient has been a whirlwind of learning and challenges. I've quickly adapted to changes while having a blast with my amazing colleagues, who have become a reliable support network. It's been a transformative and enjoyable experience. Excited for what's to come!

Have you had any opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects or teams? How has this influenced your understanding of the company as a whole?

I've had fantastic opportunities to participate in cross-functional projects – The Global IDA Agile Cross-functional team. Working within this dynamic team structure, as a regional Demand Gen lead, has greatly enhanced our efficiency and overall performance. This experience has reinforced the importance of collaboration and teamwork at Quadient, where we all share the same goal: success.

How does the company encourage a healthy work-life balance for their employees?

Empowerment resonates with me the most because it promotes autonomy, trust, and personal growth. It allows me to take ownership of my work, contribute unique perspectives, and feel motivated to excel. 
When I feel empowered, I have a sense of control and autonomy over my tasks and projects. This allows me to bring my unique ideas to the table, knowing that my contributions are valued and respected.
