Klára's story

A few years ago, I embarked on a professional adventure with Quadient. As a freelance recruiter, I was cruising the recruiting landscape, and I carried Quadient with me as a trusted companion. Our journey took an exciting turn when R&D decided to expand its horizons. We set our sights on Ostrava, a city brimming with untapped talent. Together, we clawed our way into this new location.
I claimed that Quadient would be the only company that could lure me out of my freelance haven. Why? Because I believed in what they were creating here.  The company's culture was real - a mix of passion, empathy, and shared purpose. They weren't just colleagues, they were collaborators, dreamers and believers.
And so here I stand – I traded the open road for Quadient's headquarters, knowing I had found my professional home. It's not just a job, it's a calling. And every day, I contribute to a legacy that goes beyond mere business – it’s the heartbeat of Quadient.
So if you ever wonder why I'm here, remember this: I didn't just join a company, I joined a movement. 
 

I've already mentioned how much I appreciate my colleagues, but I also appreciate how we take care of the environment outside the Quadient together.  We help where we are needed - we take care of the environment, we support different groups, we pass on knowledge and most importantly we follow our Epic values. The never-ending learning opportunities and time flexibility is just icing on the cake for me.

Meeting people. I think that's the purpose why I'm in this world. No one is too introverted or extroverted for me. It's great to let our personalities flow without prejudice, to respect different perceptions and differences. Right now, organizing meetups fulfils me the most. how rewarding it is to share experiences.
